Coaching Philosophy:

• Coach Smith’s philosophy is based on “keeping it simple.” Working the fundamentals through creative repetition and having fun! Through the balance of strong work ethic, competitiveness, teamwork, character and passion for the game, she believes “potential” unfolds into extraordinary results. One of Smith’s greatest pleasures since entering the “coaching arena” has been the student-athletes’ response to our belief in them and all they can accomplish. The second pleasure is watching a group of individuals become a “team” and witnessing the goals they reach or surpass, realizing their strength as a unit.
