Coach Joubert’s experience as a coach and instructor spans an impressive 30 years. His coaching record is 570-339, or .627. Bob has been a lead instructor at camps and clinics in NH, ME, MA and NY. He has been a pitching, catching and hitting instructor over the course of the past 11 years at the Concord Sport Center, USA Training Centers, HomeRun USA and the CCBATC (Capital City Baseball Academy and Training Center).

 

Bob was director and lead instructor at the CCBAT for 4 years, has conducted coaching clinics, and has spoken numerous times at local leagues.

 

Coach Joubert has managed, coached or instructed at various levels ranging from T-Ball, Little League, Babe Ruth, High School, Legion and College age players. He has led several teams to League, District, State and National championship games.

 

Bob has been head coach and/or has coached for the AAU baseball organizations including the Concord Cannons, USA Mavericks, NH Grizzlies, and the NH Black Flies.

  • 30+ yrs. youth baseball coaching experience (ages 5-15 years).  Led several league ages to Divisional, District, State & Regional Championships
