Eric Duquette is now entering his 4th season as Head Coach of the NHTI baseball program.

His teams have compiled a 60-33 record during his first 3 seasons at NHTI. The 2009/2010 men's baseball season was a very successful one for Coach Eric Duquette and his Lynx baseball team compiling one of the best records in school history with 22 wins, and winning the YSCC fall title for the first time since 2005. The season was highlighted by NHTI's first ever berth in the USCAA National Championship in May, and they were ranked #6 in the country at one point in the USCAA National Polls.

Coach Duquette had been the head coach at Pittsfield High School developing the Panthers into one of the elite Class 'S' programs in NH. In his 9 years at Pittsfield, he compiled a 118-54 record, including a State Championship in 2001, the school's first baseball championship in 40 years. His Panther teams went to 4 straight final fours, and he was Class 'M' Coach of the year in 2000 and Class 'S' Coach of the year in 2001. Coach Duquette is also a Baseball Instructor at Concord Sports Center, and has been doing camps and clinics all over NH for many years.
