About Merrimack Valley Gymnastics

At Merrimack Valley Gymnastics we believe that gymnastics is an activity that incorporates all aspects of a child's development. Physically, it enhances a child's balance, coordination, muscle strengthening and flexibility. Socially it allows children to interact, encourage and support one another. Working together as a team allows children to practice problem solving through trial and error furthering their social development. The combination of these benefits and our USA Gymnastic safety, CPR and First Aid certified instructors is what allows us to "bring the fun back into the sport" for your child.
